Kimari is operated by Doppi, Inc.. These Terms cover our website, apps and concierge service. By continuing with registration, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information. Contact support@kimari.ai with service or billing questions.
You must be at least 18, use only your own account and provide truthful information. Search requires the current Terms and Privacy Notice.
There is no public member directory or swipe feed. Kimari proposes a Coffee Date privately. Meet or Pass stays private unless both people choose Meet.
First Coffee is a face-to-face introduction. After each date, including after exchanging contact details, share your wishes privately with your concierge: meet again, talk about your relationship, or end here. Check-ins are handled manually in your private chat. There is no meeting-count deadline for a relationship decision, and either person may leave at any time. Uncertainty or silence is not consent to another date.
Direct chat is private between one member and the concierge. Group messages are delivered immediately to the members in that Coffee group and the concierge.
Joining and mutual Meet are free. A 1:1 First Coffee uses one Ticket from each participant, two in total. Your concierge manages Ticket use manually. Purchase in your concierge chat; the three-Ticket pack is recommended. View purchases and First Coffee dates in your profile. Tickets do not expire. Cancellation eligibility determines whether a Ticket carries over. Canada: C$49/C$132/C$196. Planned US pricing: US$39/US$105/US$156; the US launch follows Canada.
Tickets pay for our in-person Coffee introduction service, not digital content, a subscription or a guaranteed relationship. Coffee, food and travel are not included. The purchase screen shows the quantity, currency and total before you pay. Stripe processes payment; accepting a proposal does not automatically charge you.
If your date cancels, your Ticket carries over to a future Coffee. If you cancel for your own reasons, your Ticket does not carry over. For a mutual cancellation or a cancellation by Kimari, both Tickets carry over. Your concierge handles Ticket adjustments manually. A carried-over Ticket stays with its original owner; it is not a cash refund. Purchased Tickets are non-refundable, including unused Tickets and when you stop searching or delete your account, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Contact support@kimari.ai about a billing error or your statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights required by applicable law.
Provide only information and photos you have the right to share. You retain ownership of your content and allow Kimari to process and display it for the service as described in our Privacy Notice. AI photo processing requires separate permission before upload. A portrait is an illustration, not identity verification. We do not guarantee an introduction, another person's conduct or a relationship outcome.
You may stop searching or request account deletion in the app. We may restrict access for safety concerns, fraud or breaches of these Terms. Contact support@kimari.ai to ask about a restriction or unresolved account issue. Stopping search does not delete your account.
Do not threaten, harass, discriminate, scam, impersonate, share another person's private information or evade safety controls. A block prevents new reads, messages and answers involving that person. It does not silently rewrite existing Coffee Date records.
Kimari uses analytics and advertising measurement on this public site. Choose whether to allow these tools. Your choice does not affect the app or store links. Privacy details
