Our Sikh journal covers learning, everyday community life, dating and family in Canada. Articles offer practical questions and next steps. They do not rank people, define religious standing or promise compatibility.
Sources and religious guidance
We link factual claims to relevant provider, community or primary sources and show when source pages were checked. Practical suggestions are distinguished from religious guidance. We do not issue religious rulings or imply specialist review that did not occur. Ceremony questions belong with the relevant Gurdwara or qualified religious source.
Examples and images
Conversation scripts, checklists and study plans are editorial examples, not member testimony. AI-generated editorial images are labelled as illustrations; they do not document real members, venues, events or hands-on product tests. Writing may be prepared with AI assistance; that is not independent expert verification.

Provider descriptions and hands-on tests are identified separately. Check current availability, eligibility, features and prices before relying on a guide.
