Open Kimari using the link below and sign in with your account's phone number. Choose Delete account and confirm. The same steps work in a browser; you do not need to reinstall the Android or iOS app.

Once your deletion request is accepted, your profile is deactivated and personal profile fields are scrubbed. You are signed out, and private photo storage and authentication-account cleanup continue in the background. Limited payment, fraud-prevention, safety, legal and audit records may remain where required. Stopping search alone does not delete your account.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@kimari.ai to request account and associated-data deletion. We may need to verify account ownership. Do not email your password or SMS verification code.
